Shopify Notifications Integration

Our goal is to provide the maximum possible functionality so that you as a site owner can configure the plug-in in the desired way and all this while keeping the interface easy to understand. But it is always good to know all the options. The plugin is divided into three main sections Webhook Generator Settings, Shopify Webhook Settings, Test Webhook.

Shopify Webhook Generator

Admin & Customer receives Whatsapp notifications for every event on the shop:

Admin Notifications (Optional):

Admin receives Whatsapp notifications when a customers places an order.
Admin receives Whatsapp notifications when a customers cancelled an order.
Admin receives Whatsapp notifications when a order is fulfilled.
Admin receives Whatsapp notifications when a order is paid.
Admin receives Whatsapp notifications when a cart is created.
Admin receives Whatsapp notifications when a checkout is created.
Admin receives Whatsapp notifications when a customer creates an account.
Admin receives Whatsapp notifications when a refund is issued.
Admin receives Whatsapp notifications when a draft order is created.

Customer Notifications:

Customer receives Whatsapp notifications when a customers places an order.
Customer receives Whatsapp notifications when a customers cancelled an order.
Customer receives Whatsapp notifications when a order is fulfilled.
Customer receives Whatsapp notifications when a order is paid.
Customer receives Whatsapp notifications when a cart is created.

Webhook Generator Settings:

Go to Webhook Generator.
Enter your API TOKEN from your msgbucket account.
Enter your WhatsApp number (Optional) to enable Admin Notification.
Enter your desired message.
Click on Generate Webhook Urls.
Click on Generated Webhook Urls to copy and then paste into your Shopify Webhook.

Shopify Webhook Settings:

Login to your Shopify Admin panel.
Click on Settings.
Click on Notifications.
Click on Webhooks.
Click on Create webhook.
Select the even you wish to enable for notifications.
Paste the webhook url copied from Webhook Generator.
Select the Latest in Webhook Api Version.

Webhook Test:

Click on ... button next to shopify webhook.
Click on Sent test.
Now check your WhatsApp for Admin and Customer Notification Sent.
